LSP’s Commitment to Social Contribution
At LSP, we believe that a sustainable business must grow hand in hand with the community. Guided by our motto—Learn, Live, and Grow with Communities—we focus on creating long-term, meaningful impact through our social contribution efforts. In 2024, we took a significant step forward by signing agreements with nearly 40 business partners to jointly support and expand our social initiatives. From preserving local culture and empowering youth to promoting health, safety, environmental protection, and economic development, we are committed to building a better future—together with the people of Long Son and beyond.
Local Culture
At LSP, we value the rich cultural heritage of Long Son, which has been passed down for over a century. We actively engage in meaningful cultural and spiritual activities such as Tet ceremonies, honoring sacred sunctuaries like Nha Lon and Ba Ong, and supporting charity work at Hung Long Temple. In 2024, we organized 29 cultural and community activities to promote unity, respect, and compassion. These efforts not only preserve local traditions but also strengthen our bond with the community and enrich the lives of our employees through shared values and meaningful experiences

Youth
We are committed to empowering the next generation. Since 2010, we have provided scholarships to vulnerable students in Long Son and neighboring areas to support continued education and brighter futures.
Sharing the Dream Scholarship: Since 2019, LSP has supported local students in pursuing university studies.
Support for Vulnerable Students: Together with SCG, we allocate 1 billion VND annually to support education in BR-VT province and Vung Tau city.
Youth Sports Support: We’ve proudly sponsored the BRT TV Cup Children’s Football Tournament since 2019, encouraging youth development through sports.

Occupational Health
At LSP, we prioritize the health and well-being of our employees through both preventive care and responsive support. We promote a healthy lifestyle with ergonomic workspaces, annual health check-ups, wellness activities, and access to exercise clubs and nutritious meals. Our 24/7 onsite Medical Center, staffed with medical professionals, ensures immediate care when needed. In addition, comprehensive health insurance provides peace of mind for employees in times of illness or medical need.
Well-being
We believe good health is the foundation of a good life. Since 2017, our community healthcare program has provided advanced health checkups for over 2,100 residents in Long Son, with a total investment of 6.4 billion VND. These efforts aim to identify health issues early and improve overall well-being.

Green
LSP is committed to creating a greener, cleaner Long Son through ongoing environmental initiatives that inspire sustainable habits and community involvement. Our efforts focus on three key projects:
“Rác Không Thải – The Waste Rescue Mission”: Rolled out in schools, homes, offices, and temples, this campaign promotes waste segregation at source, to make Long Son a model community for responsible waste management.
Community Clean-Up: We regularly organize clean-up activities, especially following major local events such as the Trung Cửu Festival at Nha Lớn Long Son. In 2024, we joined hands with the community to host our first International Coastal Cleanup (ICC) Day in Long Son.
Tree Planting: LSP continues to restore green spaces through large-scale planting of trees and mangroves, contributing to climate resilience and environmental health.

Safety
Safety is at the heart of LSP’s commitment to the community. With rising concern over local traffic incidents—Long Son recorded 57 road accidents and 4 fatalities in 2023 alone—we are working proactively to promote a safer environment for all.
Road Safety Awareness: Through the “Lifesaver for Communities” program, we collaborate with local authorities to raise awareness of traffic safety in schools and neighborhoods. We’ve also supported the installation of CCTV systems, traffic signs, flashlights, and mirrors to improve monitoring and safety conditions in Long Son.
Fire Safety Training: In partnership with the Ba Ria–Vung Tau Fire Police, LSP provides basic fire extinguisher training and donates handheld extinguishers to households and community facilities.
Emergency Preparedness: We conduct community evacuation drills in collaboration with provincial authorities to ensure local residents are prepared in case of emergencies.
Electrical Safety Checks: Our team inspects household electrical systems and provides guidance to prevent incidents caused by unsafe wiring or outdated equipment. These actions reflect LSP’s mission to empower the community to prevent risks and protect lives—together, we all have a role in safety.
