Nurturing Growth and Success through the Development of People
Recognizing the early-stage development of Vietnam’s petrochemical industry, LSP has made a long-term commitment to workforce development. Since 2018, we have invested over 51 billion VND in training programs — equivalent to 700,000 man-hours — to equip our employees with the skills needed to lead in a complex and evolving industry.
As we enter the operational phase in 2024, LSP continues this commitment with an annual training budget of approximately $1.3 million, targeting 90,000 man-hours each year. These programs focus on technical expertise, safety, and essential soft skills such as leadership — ensuring our people operate with confidence, capability, and care.

- Legal & Safety Compliance
LSP has successfully delivered 30 safety training courses, comprising 203 classes, to reinforce our strong safety culture and regulatory compliance. - Leadership Development
We conducted 7 leadership programs across 29 classes, empowering 722 participants to strengthen their leadership capabilities and drive team performance. - Quality Management
Through 12 courses and 33 training sessions on ISO standards, nearly 1,500 employees have been equipped with the tools to uphold quality, improve processes, and support operational excellence.
