Long Son commune, Vung Tau city, 5 Sep 2022 – LSP joined the National’s New School Year Ceremony and awarded 108 scholarships to students in 5 schools in Long Son which are Tuoi Tho kindergarten, Huong Duong Kindergarten, Long Son 1 and Long Son 2 primary school and Bach Dang secondary school.
Since 2010, LSP has launched this scholarship program and given around 700 scholarships to students in Long Son commune. The main objective of this program is to support the education for students especially vulnerable students in Long Son commune and to motivate the students to continue their studies throughout the program, reducing the drop-out rate from the financial issue.
For LSP, young generation is one of the most important targets as they are the future of the nation. And we believe that education is one of the most sustainable way to create a better future and a better life for them. Therefore, LSP has been putting our efforts to empowers local youth to overcome difficulties and continue their learning and become a competent citizen for the society.
