Long Son commune, 3 February 2023 – LSP held free local dried seafood tasting event at Admin and BOC canteen. At the event, there were two famous local dishes available for tasting which are fried dried croaker fish and sweet fried baby shrimp with rice paper.
Feedbacks from participants will be used for local product improvement project which intends to help improving quality of local Long Son products. This project is therefore one part to create better income for communities which is one important foundation of a better life.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hoa from Accounting department commented that “the taste of two dishes are very delicious. I think it is a good activity as we are not only knowing more about local Long Son products, but also be able to support them from either buying their products or giving useful feedbacks.
