Long Son commune, 11 — 13 January 2023 – LSP collaborates with Nha Lon temple and Women association to make 1,300 Tet cakes to give to our stakeholders in Long Son on the occasion of Lunar New Year.
Tet cake making with Nha Lon and Women’s Association is an annual ceremony that LSP holds to celebrate Tet festival. This year, there are 60 volunteers joined with this program.
The program allows volunteers to learn how to do traditional Tet cake which is one of cultural activities during Tet festival. The activities separated into many stations from preparing ingredients such as frying rice with coconut milk, boiling 3 layers pork, kneading mung bean, to wrapping the cakes and boiling the cakes.
